Real-time events: your agent finds out, instead of asking

Polling an inbox is how an assistant misses things and burns tokens doing it. SuperSocial keeps a durable event log with a cursor, so an agent learns about a new WhatsApp or LinkedIn message within about a second — and can pick up exactly where it left off after a restart, without replaying the whole inbox.

Three ways to listen

Hold a WebSocket open, poll GET /events/pending on your own schedule, or call the poll_events tool if your client can only call tools. Same log, same cursor, same filters — so the three can never tell you different things.

Agents subscribe themselves

Your assistant calls subscribe_to_events and has a live feed. Nobody pastes a token into a terminal. It can list what it created, retune a feed with update_event_feed, and revoke what it no longer needs.

It decides what it hears

Scope a feed to a provider, to named chats, to direct messages only or groups only. Mute the chats you do not want it woken by. Choose which event types it receives — calls are their own type, and off unless asked for.

You see every feed

Every feed an assistant creates appears in Settings → Live Feeds the moment it exists, saying which assistant made it, what it can hear in plain language, and when it expires. One click revokes it, and an open connection closes within a second.

A feed can never reach further than the agent

Scope is an intersection, never a union: a feed inherits the connection's account and its permissions, and the arguments can only narrow them. Feeds an agent created carry a mandatory expiry.

Enough in the event to act on

An event carries who it is from, what the chat is called, whether it is a group, what kind of message it is and a short preview — so an agent can decide whether it matters before fetching anything.

SuperSocial runs on Google Cloud in Frankfurt (europe-west3). We do not sell your data. Running the service needs a small number of processors, and we name every one of them in our subprocessor list.

You Own Your Data

You retain full control of your data. Disconnect accounts or delete everything at any time from your dashboard, and export a copy whenever you want.

Platform Credentials

We do not store the passwords of your connected platforms. The connections are held by our connection provider, and you can revoke them at any time from the platform itself or from your dashboard.
